The Fagatogo CCCAS Rev. Iasepi Ulu opened the Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources Wharf Dedication program with his remarks and prayer. Mr. Iasepi and Mrs. Leone Ulu represented on behalf of the village of Fagatogo for the grand opening of DMWR's Wharf. Twenty one people from the American Samoa Government were invited because they have been working together wtih the Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources.
