The Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources Director Ruth Matagi-Tofiga with her opening remarks and thanking all the local and federal partners for working together to build this wharf for sport fishermen. Dr. Ruth Matagi-Tofiga was overwhelmed and happy with all the people who participated the grand opening of the DMWR's Wharf on April 3rd 2013.
