Ufagafa Ray Tulafono during his speech; he thank all the employees that work for the Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources for a job well done for Fiscal Year 2010. He also mentioned new employees that are now working with the department and also to remind people who work for the department to do a better job for the next year (2011).
